Report by the Attorney General on Ordinance No. 11 of 1893

Attorney General's Office,

Hong-Kong 22nd July 1893.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled an Ordinance for the Incorporation of the Trustees of the Hong-Kong and South China Masonic Benevolence Fund, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

This is a private Bill and due notice of its introduction was given and in this particular instance I see no objection to what is not always advisable viz, the Incorporation of a private Society.
